Check out https://www.visitmelbourne.com/ or TripAdvisor. The very friendly Concierge staff at the hotel have loads of ideas too. The hotel is central to most places in Melbourne.

Using the free city circle tram is a great way to see the city. You can hop on and off whenever you like and the talking commentary is very helpful letting you places of interest. The tram stops at tourist destinations such as The Aquarium, Parliment House, Princess Theatre, various gardens, Melbourne Market and many more.
